Customer Issue: Ms. Khan’s attic insulation was old and moldering, and a carpenter warned her to replace it ASAP.
Our Solution: The insulation had mold and mildew setting in, so everyone working needed masks, goggles, and gloves until the old insulation was stripped away. After painting the walls with anti-mold treatment, our team installed the new foam and fiberglass and then returned the attic’s contents.

Customer Issue: Rats in the attic.
Our Solution: We inspected the area and found a large burrow in the wall with torn insulation material around it. We placed humane traps (cages) in the area near the nest and later on removed the trapped rats from the property. Once all rodents were captured, we cleaned and decontaminated the infected area and sealed gaps and holes to prevent future entry.

Customer Issue: Moisture in the attic.
Our Solution: To reduce moisture accumulation we used the environmentally friendly and non-toxic stabilized cellulose insulation, which we felt was the best and safest choice for a day-care facility such as this one.

Customer Issue: Old insulation.
Our Solution: Because the existing insulation material was blown-in foam, we used specialized equipment that included a custom-made, high-powered vacuum, and large filter bags. We cut and scraped all the material off, collected it, and then removed it from the home to avoid possible health hazards.

Customer Issue: Needed insulation installed.
Our Solution: Our team helped her decide what type of insulation best suited her attic's needs, settling on cellulose to be green-friendly. We then blew in the loose fill material into the cavities of her attic evenly to ensure proper coverage.

Customer Issue: Wanted to avoid pest problems.
Our Solution: Our experts suggested rodent proofing as a way to keep this problem from arising again and set to work on closing the holes and cracks that the pests were able to sneak through with hardwire cloth.

Customer Issue: Wanted less air leakage.
Our Solution: After determining what R-Value would be best, our team applied the spray foam insulation into the appropriate cavities carefully so it would properly expand to fill the space and meet the wood frame for the desired seal.
